  • Provide a warm, professional welcome to all visitors and colleagues, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.
  • Maintain a secure and organised reception area, managing access control and adhering to visitor management procedures.
  • Support with administrative tasks such as telephone handling, emails, photocopying, printing, and stationery checks.
  • Operate the Visitor Management System (BluePoint) confidently, issuing passes and managing access permissions accurately.
  • Monitor and report any security or safety concerns, ensuring the safety of all occupants and visitors.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues, site management, and tenants to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Complete daily reports, incident logs, and asset registers (e.g. radios, keys, lost & found) accurately and on time.
  • Uphold company policies, SOPs, and Health & Safety standards at all times.
