Ensure the in-room safe is functioning and properly secured.
Prepare the bed according to the hotel standards.
Wipe all mirrors and glass surfaces.
Fold & organize guest belongings.
Adjust the room temperature to the appropriate level.
Dust all surfaces including furniture, fixtures, and electronics.
Inspect cleaning equipment and report deficiencies.
Perform nightly turndown service assignment following hotel standards.
Check that all lights and appliances are working.
Report all engineering related deficiencies.
Close and secure the door properly.
Wipe and sanitize high-touch areas.
Do a final walk-through to ensure everything is clean and in place.
Prepare Housekeeping Carts with all necessary supplies to complete tasks.
Ensure all doors and windows are securely locked
Replace all bed linens & terry when necessary.
Check and replenish guestroom amenities.
Remove trash & place in designated area.
Remove in room dining items and place in designated area.
Replace bathroom toiletries & amenities.

Physical mobility and stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Ability to push and pull a loaded housekeeping cart and other work-related equipment over sloping and uneven surfaces.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively or as a part of a team.
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
Ability to move, lift, carry, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and over 25 pounds with assistance.
Fluency in English both verbal and non-verbal. Provide legible communication.
Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and chemical handling, as well as requirements and use of equipment is preferred.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality management or related field education is a plus.
