

Develop staff, mentor teams, and support long-term organizational growth

Strong understanding of preconstruction, estimating, scheduling, and construction operations
10+ years in commercial general contracting, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role
Experience managing multiple commercial projects including office, retail, healthcare, education, industrial, or mixed-use
Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
