Providing cost assessments for payment claims, variations, and client presentations.
Writing scopes of work and approving fee structures.

Robust understanding of relevant legislation
Detailed knowledge and demonstrated high level experience in project management, planning, budgeting, and cost control
Effective interpersonal and written and oral communication skills
Degree qualified in engineering or construction (or equivalent).
Proven experience in D&C hospital or healthcare environments.
10+ years’ experience in services delivery and management (Tier 1 or Tier 2 preferred).
Ability to effectively prioritise and manage time and workload
