- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring initiatives are completed within scope and financial parameters.
- Oversee all enterprise systems — including ERP, HRIS, Finance, Real Estate, Clinical Operations, and CRM — ensuring seamless integration and cross-platform efficiency.
- Partner with executive and departmental leaders to identify business needs, assess system performance, and drive innovation through effective use of enterprise applications.
- Proactively identify opportunities for cost savings, automation, and process improvements, including optimization of software licensing, support models, and vendor spend.
