The role includes preparing vacant apartments for market‑ready status through turnover repairs and improvements, maintaining snow removal, cleaning, and grounds maintenance—including common areas—and providing residents with outstanding customer service.
Candidates must have at least 12 months of onsite experience, knowledge of painting and basic makeready skills, the ability to lift more than 20 lbs, knowledge of key making and rekeying units, familiarity with appliances, be bilingual in Spanish, and be willing to work overtime and weekends as needed.
