• Lead the creative journey — from concept to final render — across 3D architectural visualizations, cinematic walkthroughs, and immersive brand films.
• Stay ahead of the curve — explore new AI techniques, design trends, and visualization tools that push the boundaries of what’s possible in architectural storytelling.
• Craft motion narratives — oversee typography, pacing, transitions, and environmental storytelling that bring architectural spaces to life.
• Pitch ideas and present concepts to clients with confidence, ensuring alignment, excitement, and creative consistency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with 3D artists, motion designers, and tech specialists to ensure every frame reflects the project’s vision and emotional depth.
• Transform client briefs into visual experiences, blending architectural realism with storytelling flair using 3D design, motion graphics, and AI-powered creativity.
• Integrate cutting-edge AI tools into the production workflow — from generative design and AI-driven rendering to procedural world-building and creative image/video prompting.

We’re looking for a Creative Producer who lives at the intersection of design, storytelling, and emerging technology. Someone who can dream in pixels, think in motion, and see the future in 3D.

• 4+ years of experience in creative production, architectural visualization, or a related design discipline.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted animation tools and generative video workflows.
• Above all, a passion for architecture, design innovation, and the evolving language of visual media.
• Deep understanding of visual storytelling and cinematic composition.
• Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills.
• AI-savvy mindset — hands-on experience with tools like Midjourney, Firefly, RunwayML, Stable Diffusion, and a strong ability in prompting for image and video generation.
• A curiosity to experiment with AI workflows, from concept development to post-production enhancement.
• Proficiency in 3D tools such as 3ds Max, Blender, Unreal Engine, or similar.
• A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, technical mastery, and storytelling finesse.
• Strong motion design foundation — skilled in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator and photoshop.
