Develop editorial calendars, communication frameworks, and content guidelines that support company-wide communication consistency.

Manage a small internal communications team responsible for fulfilling internal requests, including award submissions, industry rankings, business collateral, messaging support, and other internal deliverables.
Oversee, evaluate, and continuously improve the company-wide employee newsletter-expanding engagement, optimizing content, and ensuring timely distribution.
Will use telephone, computer system, email, and other electronic devices on a frequent basis to communicate with internal and external customers or vendors
Will sit, stand or walk short distances for up to the entire duration of a shift/work day.
Lead and manage internal communication programs in collaboration with the Corporate Director of Marketing, ensuring consistent messaging that supports Sundt's strategic initiatives and employee-owner culture.
Will lift, push or pull objects up to 501bs on an occasional basis.
Work closely with external-facing marketing team members to ensure aligned internal and external messaging.

Experience optimizing digital communication tools, such as intranets or employee communication platforms. Sharepoint experience a plus.
Must be able to comply with all safety standards and procedures
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, Business or related field.
7+ years of experience in internal communications, employee communications, or corporate communications; construction or related industry experience preferred.
3+ years of managerial experience leading teams, programs, or cross-functional initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute communication strategies that support organizational objectives.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, concise employee messages.
Will interact with people and technology frequently during a shift/work day
Proven project management skills, with experience managing multiple deadlines and maintaining communication quality across initiatives.
Familiarity with vendor management or working with creative, digital, or technical partners is a plus.
Ability to collaborate and influence effectively at all levels, including executive leadership, managers, and cross-functional partners.
