The installer role focuses on delivering high‑quality remodel installations that meet Mad City’s standards. You will complete each job checklist with the homeowner and coordinate with management to confirm satisfaction and finalize payments.
Candidates must have at least three years of remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience, plus knowledge of residential baths, windows, or kitchens. An established LLC or business, appropriate workers’ compensation and liability insurance, and strong communication and customer‑service skills are required.
We provide 1099 installers with year‑round work, paid training, weekly direct deposits, and a flexible schedule. Performance bonuses and the potential to earn up to $300,000 annually are part of our compensation model. Our team culture emphasizes respect for homeowners and their property.
