Role

Carry out maintenance and repair of plant
Carry out reactive call outs and unscheduled works
To ensure all works are carried out to a high standard and to be delivered on time

Experience maintaining Commercial Boilers, Air Handling Units, Supply and Extract Fans and all ancillary boiler house plant.
Fault finding in all aspects of HVAC plant
Experience maintaining Single Splits, VRV systems, Chillers
Minimum 3 years post apprenticeship experience in service and repair
RGI preferred but not essential.
Valid/Full clean driver's license essential
Familiar with the use of BMS systems desirable
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work individually as well as a part of a team
The ability to start and develop excellent relationships with clients
Aptos (Body)To work with company CMMS and keep updated at all times
