Contribute to financial tracking and variance analysis to ensure schedule accuracy and accountability
Support Senior Project Managers by providing expert guidance in scheduling and resource allocation for complex, fast-paced projects
Encourages innovation and process improvement to achieve project goals
Serve as the Master Scheduler and technical expert for project scheduling activities using Primavera P6
Serves as a peer leader and mentor, cultivating teamwork and knowledge-sharing
Promote innovation and continuous improvement in scheduling and project controls

Minimum of 5+ years of Primavera P6 scheduling experience required
Experience in Project Management, Engineering, or Construction preferred
Skilled in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); database management experience a plus
Advanced proficiency in Primavera/P6 and project management tools
Experience mentoring and developing team members in scheduling or project controls
Exhibits proactive problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
Strong understanding of project management processes and critical path scheduling
Proven ability to lead process improvement and standardization initiatives
Experience facilitating stakeholder and customer meetings, communicating effectively across diverse audiences
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project needs
Demonstrates leadership and accountability in driving project success
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Power Delivery experience strongly preferred
