  • Support of virtual reality hardware adoption, training, and documentation

  • Assist with holding design reviews, safety reviews, and stakeholder communication sessions utilising immersive environments

  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Exposure to rendering/animation development software such as Unity or Unreal Engine
  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working alongside: Clients, Engineers, Planners, Contractors, Operators
  • Confidence in presenting to and speaking to external stakeholder bodies
  • Experience with BIM software such as Autodesk Revit
  • Ability to drive and influence key individuals to deliver the project to the agreed plan
  • Experience with planning software such as Primavera P6 or Bentley SYNCHRO
  • Understanding of virtual reality (VR) and immersive environments
  • Familiarity with 4D construction sequencing
  • Proven experience in a BIM or planning role within the energy or construction sector
  • Willingness to learn and grow in all aspects of digital technologies
  • Several years of experience working on large-scale or high-value projects
