We are seeking a Senior Corporate Recruiter to play a key role in driving full-cycle recruitment for corporate while acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers. This role is responsible for managing complex requisitions, mentoring junior recruiters, and contributing to process improvements. The ideal candidate is an experienced recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments, balances multiple searches, and delivers a first-class candidate and stakeholder experience.
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies, leveraging networking, referrals, and innovative search techniques
- Partner closely with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and provide market insights
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders on talent pipeline initiatives
- Mentor and guide junior recruiters and coordinators, sharing best practices and supporting development
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and diversity outcomes
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to inform decision-making and report progress
- Contribute to employer brand efforts by representing the company at events, networking opportunities, and through industry engagement

- Proficiency with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruiting technologies
- Experience mentoring peers or junior team members preferred
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, with demonstrated success managing diverse and challenging requisitions
