Our client is looking for a proactive Network Steward to manage, inspect, and maintain a designated area of Hounslow’s highway infrastructure. You will deliver high-quality inspections, enforce street scene standards, and support environmental improvement initiatives. This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure while engaging with local stakeholders.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills to work with colleagues, the public, and stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with inspections, enforcement, and environmental quality improvement in an urban environment.
  • Experience in highway inspections, street scene enforcement, or infrastructure management.
  • Ability to record, analyse, and report data accurately to support maintenance and performance targets.
  • Knowledge of legislation and guidelines such as the Highways Act 1980, Environmental Protection Act 1990, and New Roads and Street Works Act 1991.
  • Educated to a level that allows further training and professional development.
