The Sales Administrator role, based in Brisbane, is a full‑time position supporting the Asia Pacific sales team and our global CostX Educational program. The role provides essential administrative assistance to customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth sales operations across the region.
Key duties include managing the CostX Educational program, issuing and administering commercial licences in the APAC region, and supporting the sales team with quotes, CRM updates, and customer liaison. The position also handles sales enablement tasks such as pre‑renewal communications, responding to enquiries, and accounts receivable follow‑ups.
