Sales Administrator

Description

The Sales Administrator role, based in Brisbane, is a full‑time position supporting the Asia Pacific sales team and our global CostX Educational program. The role provides essential administrative assistance to customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth sales operations across the region.

Key duties include managing the CostX Educational program, issuing and administering commercial licences in the APAC region, and supporting the sales team with quotes, CRM updates, and customer liaison. The position also handles sales enablement tasks such as pre‑renewal communications, responding to enquiries, and accounts receivable follow‑ups.

• Manage the global CostX Educational program, coordinating with universities and students, issuing licenses and extensions, and partnering with marketing to grow it.
• Issue and administer commercial licences for the APAC region and resolve customer licence queries.
• Prepare sales quotes, update customer records in the CRM, and liaise with customers and internal teams.
• Perform sales enablement tasks, including monthly pre‑renewal emails, responding to sales enquiries, and following up on accounts receivable.
• Maintain strong attention to detail.
