- Experience with welding, plumbing, or other specialized trades.
- Leadership or supervisory experience in a maintenance environment.
- Technical certification or associate degree in industrial maintenance, electrical technology, or related field.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial or commercial maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
