1.Collaborate with local Regional Sales Leadership to plan, execute, and track impactful monthly marketing initiatives to promote the Growatt brand.
2.Plan, execute, and evaluate 3rd party events, trade show sponsorships, as well as Growatt or distributor-hosted events and localized client/customer forums.
4.Enhance the capability of sales teams and local distributors through continuous training and technical consultancy.
5.Collect field market intelligence and support new product development or upgrades; define and implement new product go-to-market strategies; create local-language marketing materials and videos for product promotion.
1–3 years of experience in product marketing, service, or pre-sales technical roles; familiar with solar industry market, PV inverters, energy storage products, and applications; able to communicate professionally with distributors and end users.
Bachelor’s degree or above.
Willingness to travel frequently for business.
Excellent English communication skills (mandatory).
Active, conscientious, and responsible; strong teamwork and communication skills; proficient in task planning and achieving targets.
