Tasks

-Establishes performance metrics, analyzes program effectiveness, and develops recommendations for continuous improvement -Constructs analytical frameworks for program evaluation and leads process improvement initiatives -Streamlines administrative operations through technology adoption and workflow optimization -Ensures compliance with all safety, regulatory, and company standards throughout onboarding processes -Builds a high performance organization that delivers total operational excellence -Leads team development initiatives to grow and strengthen the onboarding team's capabilities and performance -Establishes technology-driven solutions to enhance onboarding efficiency and tracking capabilities -Provides strategic leadership for RTC onboarding operations, establishing vision and execution plans for program success -Develops and implements new onboarding strategies that leverage technology and best practices to improve efficiency and participant outcomes -Leads and manages a team of 8-12 onboarding specialists and administrative coordinators -Manages budget and resource allocation for onboarding operations -Monitors onboarding metrics and performance indicators to drive continuous improvement -Manages customer service excellence initiatives to ensure exceptional experience for all onboarding participants -Collaborates with internal stakeholders to identify, clarify, and solve operational challenges critical to onboarding success -Develops and implements comprehensive onboarding strategies for renewable energy technicians and support staff -Manages customer service excellence for all onboarding participants and stakeholders -Interacts with different levels both within the business unit and the company as well as other companies to determine feasibility, cost effectiveness, reliability and quality of products and services -Collaborates with training curriculum developers and field operations teams to ensure program alignment

-Expertise in learning management systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools -High level of comfort with fast-paced environments and ability to adapt to evolving training needs -Highly organized and deadline-driven individual with excellent attention to detail -Proven track record of implementing technology solutions to improve operational efficiency -Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale training and onboarding operations with measurable outcomes -Experience:5+ years -Experience in renewable energy, technical training, or related industry preferred -Bachelor's - Engineering -Exceptional customer service orientation with focus on participant experience -Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities -High School Grad / GED -Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience -Strong project management and team leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams
