What you would be doing

site liaison
- Liaise with design and construction teams, attend site meetings, and contribute to risk assessments.
- Prepare design proposals using Revit, AutoCAD, or ADT.
- Lead detailed design stages and coordinate technical design information.
- Organise and manage technical project information and detail packages.
- Produce high quality NBS specifications and statutory approval documentation.
- Support the Project Architect and Head of Architecture with additional duties as and when required.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations, planning constraints, and site-specific covenants.
