The specialist will qualify new residents for occupancy and requalify existing residents, ensuring compliance with housing regulations. The position requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask under time constraints.
- Work independently with minimal direction.
- Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
- Three+ years experience in low‑income, senior, or housing programs.
- Associate degree in marketing or business (preferred).
- Knowledge of rental assistance and affordable housing programs.
- Relevant certifications (COS, TCS, MORS, BOS, CMH, or AHM) preferred.
- Proficient with RealPage OneSite or similar property‑management software.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
