The role supports pre‑sales engineering for Building Automation System (BAS) global projects, ensuring estimates, technical assessments and bill‑of‑material preparation meet country‑specific standards. You will review project specifications, MEP drawings, participate in kick‑off meetings, create network architecture, and deliver quality‑assured, on‑time solutions.

Support pre‑sales estimation by preparing technical assessments and cost‑competitive bids.
Review project inputs, MEP drawings, specifications, and identify HVAC equipment, sensors and actuators.
Lead project kick‑off and review meetings, document technical queries, compliance, risk logs and minutes.
Create bills of material, select hardware (sensors, valves, dampers, controllers) and design BAS network architecture.
Ensure quality assurance, defect‑free deliverables and on‑time delivery while maintaining timesheet compliance.

BE/ME degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics or related field.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (chilled water, cooling towers, AHUs, VAV, etc.) and BMS architecture.
Familiarity with network protocols such as BACnet, LON, Modbus, OPC.
Proficiency in wiring starters, field devices, safety interlocks and panel assembly.
Experience in engineering, installation and commissioning of HVAC & BMS for large infrastructure projects.
Automation expertise (PLC programming, SCADA) and quick problem‑solving ability.
Excellent written and verbal communication, leadership skills, and a proactive learning attitude.
Preferred experience in Building Automation industry and BMS design engineering.
