- Lead the development and execution of pursuit plans for statements of qualifications, proposals, and presentations; customize external messages accordingly
- Serve as a mentor to proposal coordinators to foster relationship building, knowledge sharing, professional development
- Write, edit, and review moderately complex communications materials
- Coordinate interview preparations and provide coaching to team members on delivery
- Guides preparations for interviews and coaches team members on delivery
- Participate in prospect screening process and monitors/advances pursuits through the sales process
