- Assists in resolving technical and construction issues on site
- Supports in the review and approval of shop drawings, method statements, and material submissions
- Conducts site inspections and assists in quality control of materials and workmanship
- Checks and verifies measurements and quantities of work done for billing and certification
- Participates in site meetings and progress reviews
- Assists in testing and commissioning activities
- Monitors safety practices and ensures adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations
- Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports
- Maintains detailed site records and documentation
- Coordinates with contractors, consultants, and other project staff
- Site supervision and construction monitoring
- Provides technical guidance to junior staff and site supervisors
- Monitors contractor’s work to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and standards
- Assists the Resident Engineer in supervising and managing construction activities on site
