Ansley at Town Center Apartments is hiring a Leasing Manager to oversee all leasing and marketing activities at its 358‑unit community in Evans, GA. The company seeks a professional, customer‑focused candidate with experience in apartment leasing, marketing, resident retention, and relationship building. Candidates should have experience as a leasing professional and up to one year of related experience or an equivalent education‑experience blend. Excellent verbal and written communication, relationship‑building, and customer‑service abilities are essential, and a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance may be required depending on the property.
The role demands constant walking, standing, and sitting, frequent stair climbing, and occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, crawling, squatting, pushing/pulling, and reaching above shoulders. Employees must frequently lift less than 10 lb and occasionally lift over 10 lb, and must maintain good eyesight, hearing, and overall sensory and communication skills. Work occurs in both indoor and outdoor settings with moderate noise levels and potential exposure to caustics, solvents, oils, fumes, flammables, and pesticides.
