The Leasing Manager is responsible for the entire leasing process, executing marketing strategies, and ensuring a positive resident experience. Duties include leasing, property marketing, social‑media postings, planning and hosting resident events, and maintaining strong resident relations. Supervision of a Leasing Consultant may also be required.

• Interview prospective residents, conduct tours, and assess their needs and qualifications.
• Process lease applications, approvals, and renewals in compliance with company policies.
• Perform pre‑move‑in walkthroughs and follow up with new residents after move‑in.
• Plan, coordinate, and host resident events to foster community engagement.
• Handle resident requests and complaints promptly and courteously.
• Manage all marketing duties, including market surveys, social‑media postings, and resident notices.
• Mentor, train, and supervise Leasing Consultants as needed.
• Conduct periodic property inspections and arrange necessary maintenance.
• Work occasional weekends and adhere to Fair Housing, safety, and other company policies.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance when required by the property.
