Solid understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.
7-10 years of work experience (or equivalent combination of education) with a proven track record in platform or software development with leadership responsibilities
Hands-on experience managing, integrating, and migrating legacy systems.
Experience working with global or cross-cultural teams
5+ years of product development/management experience, especially around customer /partner facing products under Salesforce / Microsoft environment
Strong analytical skills (structured and data-driven approach)
Strong expertise in backend frameworks, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), microservices, and APIs.
