As the Digital Trainer you will be at the forefront of our transformation efforts, delivering engaging and impactful training to operational teams across multiple UK sites. You will visit sites nationwide to train operatives on the OCU One app, delivering simple, engaging sessions both on‑site and in classroom settings. Your training will act as a vital link between technology and day‑to‑day operations, ensuring the tools are adopted and used to drive operational excellence. You will also provide post‑launch support and monitor compliance while working closely with various teams to maximise adoption and performance.
OCU Digital is leading the charge in digital transformation, equipping our teams with cutting‑edge technology to drive operational efficiency. We are seeking passionate and dynamic Field Digital Trainers based UK‑wide to help operational teams successfully adopt and utilise the OCU One platform and other digital systems. Please note that the role is approximately 70 % field‑based and 30 % office‑based.
The role requires demonstrated experience delivering change‑management training to field operatives and a broad range of employees, including back‑office staff, management and executive teams, within technology or operations environments. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly across the UK are essential. You will report to the Head of Digital Training and work closely with Programme Leads, Project Managers, IT teams and Regional and Local Operations Managers.
