EDSA is seeking a visionary Design Director of Horticulture & Biodiversity to lead planting design strategy and ecological innovation across our global portfolio. This director level, firmwide resource role blends artistic design excellence with deep horticultural and ecological expertise while shaping resilient, biodiverse landscapes at every scale.

We’re looking for dedicated, innovative professionals who are passionate about working for a firm that is shaping the future through planning, landscape architecture and urban design.
- Design leadership rooted in ecological intelligence.
- Certifications such as RLA, ISA, CPH, LEED AP, or SITES AP preferred.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Strong portfolio and software proficiency.
- Strong collaboration and communication across global teams.
- 10+ years of experience in planting design and biodiversity integration.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Ecology, or related field.
- Proven leadership on complex, design-forward projects.
