- Adhere to and enforce all safety protocols and procedures, including wearing appropriate PPE and using excellent safety practices while visiting job sites, per CTI policies and OSHA, Federal, and State laws and regulations.
- Process respective administrative duties in a timely manner.
- Maintain and repair concrete mixer trucks, including annual inspections.
- Respond to all truck issues and concerns at various concrete plants and job sites.
- Work with team, clients/owners, and inspectors in a professional and friendly manner and relay a positive attitude toward coworkers, vendors, and clients.
- Support operations to ensure crew is operating safely, efficiently and effectively, and with outstanding quality, while maintaining the shop to CTI cleanliness standards.

- Pass a post conditional offer of employment DOT physical.
- Excellent time management skills. Work well under time constraints and respond positively to change.
- 3+ years of diesel mechanic repairs experience.
- Two years technical school or higher education preferred.
- Insurable Motor Vehicle Record
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Demonstrate continuous efforts to improve operations, decrease turnaround time, and streamline work processes. Be proactive with maintenance and repairs. Troubleshoot and minimize downtime.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to diagnose, repair, and adjust electrical and hydraulic components on commercial motor vehicles.
- Able to maintain a high level of work quality.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Valid Class B CDL or be willing and able to obtain.
