MBC is hiring a full‑time Carpentry Estimator for its Carpentry and Interiors Group. The role involves turning innovative carpentry and interior concepts into reality, working with a family‑first team that values a relentless work ethic and fresh ideas.
Candidates must have at least five years’ experience estimating competitive‑bid projects and conceptual budgeting, strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills, and be proficient in public speaking, coaching, and mentoring. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, and high ethical standards with the ability to build relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clients are essential.
Success in this role requires strong technical expertise, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and excellent mathematical and communication abilities. Critical‑thinking, problem‑solving, familiarity with carpentry and interior construction terminology, a strong work ethic, and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment are also vital.
