Maintenance Planner
Mineral Resources Limited
Diversified mining services company operating lithium, iron ore, energy and pit‑to‑port services in Western Australia.
Maintenance planning for a global leader in mining, following asset management frameworks and OEM procedures, with a focus on short to medium term maintenance activities and achieving maximum equipment availability.
Liaise with Perth and project maintenance leadership, stores personnel, OEMs, and other stakeholders to facilitate clear communication and alignment.
Organise mobilisation of specialised resources, equipment, and tooling as required.
Develop and maintain maintenance plans spanning 2 to 12 weeks ahead, ensuring work is scheduled and ready for execution by WK+4.
Ensure accurate historical asset data is maintained in CMMS systems (AMT, Pronto) and ERP platforms.
Prepare and deliver weekly Work Management KPI reports.
Generate forecasts, secure parts, labour, and resources for all planned maintenance activities.
Monitor compliance with OEM procedures, AMG Asset Management Framework, and MRL HSEQT standards.
Participate in major shutdown planning meetings and support long-term planning functions.
Manage procurement processes via Coupa and reporting through PowerBI and AMT.
Create detailed work packs for each work order with clear instructions and procedural compliance.
