Act as liaison between affected property owners and our clients.
Support resource loading, workflow management and budget management.
Manage project budgets and prepare regular reports on financial progress.
Assist in performing, overseeing or reviewing land valuation studies or their equivalent, but excluding appraisals.
Assist in supervising support staff, land agents or subcontractors.
Develop relationships with existing and prospective Clients to identify opportunities to support their projects and project teams.
Support with preparing and submitting applications for various permits, licenses and bonds (road / railroad crossings, driveway permits, building permits, heavy hauling permits, etc.).
Work on multiple projects and serve as project manager to ensure deliverables achieve client expectations for scope, budget, schedule, and quality.
Develop proposals, budgets, project plans, schedules, progress reports, scopes of work and other bid documents.
Assist with performing, overseeing or reviewing deed and title research and investigations.
Aid with investigating damage claims, damage assessments and settlement negotiations.

Well-developed teambuilding and influencing skills; unquestioned integrity; and the experience, confidence, and stature to effectively address client and business needs and challenges.
5+ years (8-12 years preferred) of consulting experience with responsibility for team building, relationship management and project management.
Experience in developing and implementing successful growth strategies.

Driver's License Required: This position requires a valid driver's license and/or the ability to operate a company vehicle due to the nature of job duties, which include frequent travel to various client locations across a large geographical area.
