Business Unit leadership to collect headcount forecasts and resolve discrepancies
Report on current supply and capacity, forecasting inventory changes as required

Prepare and update project status reports on actual versus projected seat demand at building level
Move coordination and facility management teams for move approvals and migration planning
Foster inclusion across diverse teams and cultures by actively seeking varied viewpoints, addressing biases, and ensuring equal opportunities
Empower others to make informed decisions quickly by creating an environment that promotes knowledge sharing and provides resources for well-informed decision-making
Master the matrix to combine local expertise with a global outlook by partnering effectively within matrix structures and facilitating best practice sharing
Corporate Real Estate teams to review and resolve planning forecast requirements
Supporting floorplan and neighborhood changes to appropriate system managers
Leverage deep understanding of client space supply and demand to develop scenario and occupancy plans for designated regional portfolios
Project management teams to review planning strategies driving construction projects
Obtaining compliance approval for neighborhood adjustments
Ensure planning alignment with corporate guidelines and maximize space utilization in all scenarios
Work closely with Move Managers and Move Coordinators on:
Track and report actual seat demand at group level
Drive development of occupancy plans and sequencing of group-level and individual moves
Build trust, challenge respectfully, debate and commit by fostering an environment where team members feel safe to challenge and engage in healthy debates
Facilitating group location changes to Digital Wayfinding Manager
Foster critical relationships across multiple stakeholders including:

Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookup, cell calculations)
Previous experience in space/occupancy planning at strategic level preferred
CAFM/IWMS software experience highly valuable

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in corporate environment
AutoCAD proficiency for basic test-fits and square foot calculations
Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Design, Construction Management, or related field
