- Keep detailed records of equipment conditions (hour meters, overall condition, etc)
- Maintain health, a safe working environment and observe all safety laws, policies, and rules
- Perform assigned task in a timely, accurate and efficient mannger
- Communicate larger equipment issues with shop and facilitate the repair
- prepare required documentation accurately and timely, including work orders, fuel reports, and hour meter/odometer reports
- Communicate in a courteous and effective manner with customers and/or co-workers
- Maintain satisfactory attendance
- Troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions or failures

- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals

- Possess the ability to write routine reports and correspondence in clear and concise language
- Tanker endorsement
- Pass pre-employment drug screen
- Possess a valid current Driver's license
- Possess the ability to add, subtract, multiple, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- 3+ years in a fueling/mechanic capacity preferred
- Present with cleanliness, punctuality, and a pleasant attitude
- Minimal amount of hand tools may be required
- Possess the ability to communicate effectively in a team environment
- Haz-Mat endorsement
