The role provides high‑quality administrative support to both the Communications & Customer Engagement and Marketing, Brand & Creative Services teams, while also assisting senior leadership with business processes, vendor invoice analysis, and identifying improvements to contracts and service delivery.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of relevant administrative experience, a tertiary qualification (minimum Cert IV) or equivalent industry experience, and a proven ability to communicate, build relationships, and influence others. Experience in business administration, procurement, invoicing, reporting, and handling sensitive matters with discretion is required, with prior support to communications or marketing teams preferred.
