- Minimum 1 year fire alarm experience.
- 4+ years low‑voltage experience.
- Ability to read and interpret diagrams, blueprints, and specifications.
- Experience with electronic testing devices.
- Pass drug and background screenings.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Experience in fire life safety, low voltage, or security.
- Fire alarm manufacturer certifications.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of IT functionality.
- Use general hand and power tools safely.
- Lift/carry at least 50 lb; push/pull over 75 lb.
