Must have initiative and ability to troubleshoot minor problems and make necessary adjustments.
Must be able to safely use common manual and power tools and have skills in following safety practices and recognizing hazards.
Must have ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work on a ladder, and walk on uneven ground.
Must have ability to work independently following oral or written instructions.
Must have valid Driver’s License
Minimum 3 years general maintenance or construction experience required.
