

Buckeye Fire Equipment provides comprehensive fire protection solutions for various industries.
The employee operates cylinder extrusion presses, loading metal plates, unloading produced cylinders, and conducts dimensional and visual inspections. They track hourly production, perform calculations, and record results, and may be assigned additional duties by supervision.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED (preferred) or 1‑3 years of related experience or training, and be able to read safety rules, operating and maintenance manuals, and write routine reports. Physical requirements include standing for extended periods, walking, reaching, lifting 35 lb, and using a dead‑blow hammer; they must maintain a safe work environment, wear required PPE, and communicate effectively with co‑workers.
The position is based at the corporate office in Kings Mountain, NC (28086) and is a full‑time role. Full‑time employees are eligible for a weekly attendance bonus of an extra $1 per hour worked in addition to their regular wages.
