Assist the project team with pricing variations
Ensure that the Company has well-defined tendering systems and processes that are continuously improved and relevant to our markets
Facilitate the development of the preliminary design documentation process for tenders for design-and-construct projects to achieve the required outcomes
Ensure that subcontractor and supplier tender documents and distribution lists, including any tender addendums or clarification notices, are well documented and traceable to facilitate the formation of the Contract
Review design drawings as they are developed post-award to identify any out-of-scope work
Establish and maintain historical costs for use in preparing budgets
Assist with the identification of future business opportunities
Prepare budget estimates for customers as part of the business development process
Ensure the Tender and project registers are maintained and improved periodically
Ensure quotations and pricing of works from first principles are analysed and prepared accurately
Tender for projects directly and manage/oversee the tendering activities of others in the estimating team
