  • Research and identify prospective clients through online tools, CRM data, industry lists, and networking.
  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to targeted prospects in assigned territories.
  • Qualify leads by assessing needs, fit, and potential opportunity size.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly metrics for calls, meetings booked, and lead quality.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, contacts, and outcomes in the CRM.
  • Schedule qualified meetings and demos for Senior Sales Managers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of prospects and meetings.
  • Provide light sales support, including follow-up emails, lead nurturing, and administrative tasks in the CRM.

  • Attention to Detail – Accurate documentation and follow-through on every lead.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot experience preferred).
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.

  • Knowledge of the heavy building materials industry is a plus, but not required.
  • Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or cold calling.
  • Persistence & Resilience – Ability to handle rejection and keep going.
  • Comfortable handling objections and persistence in pursuing leads.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional and engaging phone presence.
