What you would be doing

Research and identify prospective clients through online tools, CRM data, industry lists, and networking.
Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to targeted prospects in assigned territories.
Qualify leads by assessing needs, fit, and potential opportunity size.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly metrics for calls, meetings booked, and lead quality.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, contacts, and outcomes in the CRM.
Schedule qualified meetings and demos for Senior Sales Managers.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of prospects and meetings.
Provide light sales support, including follow-up emails, lead nurturing, and administrative tasks in the CRM.
