The role demands strong analytical, communication and construction‑process expertise to ensure timely project completion and risk mitigation.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or a related field, and has proven scheduling experience in construction, preferably within solar projects. Proficiency with scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project, certifications like PMP or PMI‑SP, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail are essential. Occasional travel to project sites may be required.
