Management of civil engineering and groundworks contractor.
Take control of works from house foundations, through to 1st & 2nd fix including external finishes, paving, boundary walls and landscaping.
Ownership of the management of Health and Safety on the project.
Management and coordination of subcontractors and service providers, to ensure timely handover to Finishing Foreman in line with programme requirements.
Effectively manage the movement of labour, machinery, and materials on and off site through site coordination & logistics software.
Instil a best-in-class customer service and experience for all stakeholders and be a strong advocate for the Cairn brand.
Maintain a secure and safe site through effective Health & Safety practises.
Set up and maintain logistics walkways, including vehicle & pedestrian routes.
Completion of daily allocation sheets for site labour and materials.
Liaise with the engineering team to ensure waste management records are available and accurate.
Attend and assist at daily whiteboard meetings.
Continuous inspection of works on site, raising and resolving issues in a timely manner to ensure quality of works. Subcontractor and Supplier Management
