In this role, the manager will turn complex project data into clear insights that guide decision‑making and keep the program on schedule and budget. By partnering with cross‑functional teams, they will ensure information flows efficiently and that risks and opportunities are identified early.
- Develop and implement a robust project reporting framework with KPIs, dashboards and routine progress reports.
- Collect, analyze, validate, and synthesize data from e‑Builder, Oracle, SAP, SharePoint, Kahua and other PMIS tools.
- Produce monthly, quarterly and ad‑hoc reports highlighting status, cost, schedule, risks, variances and corrective actions.
- Standardize report formats and coordinate reporting needs with project managers, construction managers, engineers, estimators and IT personnel.
- Ensure data integrity across multiple databases and drive improvements in data quality and business automation.
- Deploy data visualization and automated reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, Azure or similar platforms.
- Maintain compliance with contractual obligations and provide guidance on reporting methodologies and best practices.

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and bring at least ten years of experience in infrastructure or transit projects, preferably within federally funded programs. Proven expertise with e‑Builder, Oracle, SAP, SharePoint, Kahua and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Azure is required, along with strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, Finance or a related discipline.
- Possess 10+ years of experience in federally funded infrastructure, construction or transit projects.
- Demonstrate proficiency with PMIS platforms (e‑Builder, Oracle, SAP, SharePoint, Kahua) and analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Azure).
- Exhibit strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Familiarity with advanced project management methodologies, budgeting, cost management and compliance reporting.
- Preferred certifications: ITIL Foundations, e‑Builder Certified Professional, Kahua Implementation Administrator.
