- Analyze existing production processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure consistency in operations
- Conduct time and motion studies to establish labour standards and improve resource utilization
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards to ensure KPIs are accurate and adequate for decision making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement lean manufacturing and other continuous improvement methods
- Monitor and analyze production data, using statistical tools to identify trends and drive fact-based decision making
- Design and implement optimized systems, layouts, and processes to enhance productivity and reduce waste
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies, equipment, and automation solutions to improve operations; calculate and provide ROI data to facilitate decision making
- Analyze inventory levels and compare demand to optimize inventory management
- Lead or participate in project management initiatives, including planning, execution, and monitoring of process improvement projects

- 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- 772.1 (i.e., a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or admitted to the U.S. as an asylee or refugee), or be otherwise eligible to obtain required authorization from the U.S. Government to access controlled information. Employment is contingent upon Antcom’s ability to obtain such required authorization for the applicant
- Experience with 3P workshops (Production Preparation Process)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience with process simulation software
- Applicants for select positions that require access to information controlled by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (“ITAR”) or the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”) must be US Persons per ITAR
- Experience with ERP
- Skills and experience with business intelligence and data analysis tools such as Power BI and Tableau
- Experience with Value Stream Mapping
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate cross-functionally across the organization
- A bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
