Design and coordination: Design complex relay protection and substation control schemes, create internal software schemes, issue purchase order requisitions via ERP system, and liaise directly with customers and the commercial department on all technical contract matters.
Training and continuous improvement: Coach and train staff in technical areas, assist with manufacturing quality investigations and non-conformance reports, support continuous improvement initiatives, and provide technical assistance to the test department and project implementation.
Technical specification and compliance: Determine equipment ratings and performance requirements from tender specifications, ensure supplied equipment meets customer switchgear specifications and operational requirements (current, voltage, fault ratings), and issue detailed engineering specifications for design, manufacturing, and procurement teams.
