Tasks
-Utilize AutoCAD to plan, update, and document facility layouts and projects. -Manage budgets, track expenses, and coordinate procurement for facilities-related needs. -Oversee daily facilities operations, ensuring safety, compliance, and operational efficiency. -Review and interpret blueprints, building drawings, and schematic diagrams to guide decisions and projects. -Partner with internal stakeholders on capital projects, renovations, and expansions. -Ensure vendor performance meets contractual and quality requirements. -Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of building systems and equipment. -Lead cross-functional coordination to deliver projects with urgency and high quality. -Foster a culture of safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement.

What You Bring
-Proficiency in AutoCAD. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. -Proven project management experience. -Proven ability to deliver projects with urgency, quality, and attention to detail. -Experience working in a team-oriented, matrix organization. -Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience. -Strong decision-making and interpersonal skills. -Solid cross-functional understanding of building systems, operations, finance, and procurement. -Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering. -This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. -Ability to read, review, and interpret blueprints, building drawings, and schematic diagrams. -Strong relationship-building, influencing, and communication skills across all levels. -Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Facilities Manager.
