Build Up Internship - Charlotte

Description

• Expose interns to both the high level of innovation and established methods in our industry.
• Be responsible for a range of entry-level construction management assignments, working both alongside mentors and independently.
• Cultivate a fuller understanding of the scope of challenging career opportunities in the construction field.
• Provide solid technical and professional training that will help advance them through their education and career decisions.
• Develop presentation skills that will prepare them for future educational and career pursuits, as well as increase confidence in their abilities and leadership capacity.
• Encourage a sense of appreciation for the complex, dynamic building process through meaningful jobsite experiences.

Requirements

• Demonstrated interest in the built environment.
• Legally entitled to work in the U.S.
• Ability to commit to the duration of the internship (8 weeks, 40 hours/week). Dates are flexible to accommodate summer schedules.
• Ability to commute to a jobsite daily (hours are flexible to accommodate transportation needs). Click HERE for project addresses
