- Recent graduates will be considered with training provided.
- Hands-on experience with prototyping, testing, and troubleshooting mechanical systems.
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects and work effectively in a team.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel 50%-%75 of the time.
- Experience in process optimization, continuous improvement, and project management.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental, Agricultural/Biological Systems, Chemical, or related field.
- In-depth understanding of process engineering principles and practices.
- 3+ years of experience in process engineering or similar role in a manufacturing environment preferred.
