Installation Supervision:Oversee on-site installation, ensuring compliance with engineering specifications, safety regulations, and manufacturer guidelines
Risk Management:Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution
Progress Monitoring & Reporting:Track project progress against schedule and budget, prepare regular status reports, and escalate risks or delays promtly
Quality & Safety Assurance:Implement quality control measures and enforce safety protocols throughout the installation process
Coordination & Interface Management:Act as the primary interface between contractors, ride manufacturers, civil works teams, and client representatives to resolve technical and logistical issues
Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for rollercoaster installation acitivities
