Organize and manage meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure all necessary materials are available as directed.

Minimum of 5 years of experience working for and with C-level executives in a corporate environment
Minimum 7 years of experience in an administrative role
High level of confidentiality with Company information.
