- Wear company uniform and required safety PPE, perform job hazard analysis.
- Service/Install/Repair in an efficient and safe manner to assigned HVAC, Chiller, and Refrigeration equipment/duties on ultra low temp freezers and cascade refrigeration for existing and new accounts.
- Interact with customer by offering status reports of service before, during, and after each call.
- Ensure standards, policies, procedures, and maintenance of a clean work area are always upheld.
- Maintain record of work performed and parts/materials used.
- Will be responsible for performing chiller PMs, troubleshooting/repairs, of freezers and cascade units.
- Utilizes company and vendor resources.

- Minimum 5 years field experience
- Have some working knowledge of PC’s, application software, and Building Management Systems.
- Working knowledge of all mechanical systems including trouble shooting, repair, and maintain complex mechanical HVAC equipment helpful.
- Strong refrigeration background
- Demonstrate professionalism in appearance, verbal, and written communication.
- Be able to explain technical information, effectively and professionally to technical and not-technical audience.
- Good electrical skills
